    The National Search and Rescue Plan is a document produced published by the Civilisation in 2003 to guide search and rescue for PNG.

  3. MOU PNG – Australia
    Mutually agreed arrangements between PNG and Australia in assisting each other in the area of search and rescue. It outlines authority processes and procedures in executing the MOU.
  4. MOU PNG – Republic of Indonesia
    Mutually agreed arrangements between PNG and Republic of Indonesia in assisting each other in the area of search and rescue. It outlines authority processes and procedures in executing the MOU.

    Convention is designed to improve existing arrangements and provide a framework for carrying out search and rescue operations.

    Indicate the geographical boundary of the area PNG is responsible for search and rescue.
  10. Navigational AREA X Map
    Indicates the geographical boundaries of the surface of the earth broken up by IMO to facilitate safety and navigational responsibilities to ensure safe shipping.

    Indicates the geographical boundary of the area each country is responsible for search and rescue.
