NMSA is responsible for the implementation and enforcement of the following Marine Pollution Acts and its Regulations;

• Marine Pollution (Ships & Installations) Act 2013 & its Regulation
• Marine Pollution (Sea Dumping) Act 2013 & its Regulation
• Marine Pollution (Liability & Cost Recovery) Act 2013 & its Regulation
• Marine Pollution (Ballast Water Control) Act 2013 & its Regulation
• Marine Pollution (Preparedness & Response) Act 2013, No Regulation
