Environment - Papua New Guinea National Maritime Safety Authority

The National Maritime Safety Authority is mandated under the National Maritime Safety Authority Act 2003, for the control and prevention of pollution from ship sourced and off shore installations and to act as the National Lead Agency for coordinating the response to spills of oil and other pollutants within the territorial seas including high seas of Papua New Guinea.
